Day 1 — Grounding & Rooting
Arrive, settle, and connect. Practices focus on safety, belonging, and releasing fear. You’ll experience grounding crystal work and guided breath practices to feel stable and supported.
Day 2 — Flow & Personal Power
Release emotional blocks and step into your creative power. We activate sacral and solar energy centers, clear inherited patterns, and explore boundaries, confidence, and expression.
Day 3 — Heart, Vision & Integration
Open the heart, awaken intuition, and integrate crown energy. With crystals, guided practices, and partner work, you reconnect to clarity, inner guidance, and purpose. The closing circle seals your journey.

Schedule: 10:00–18:00 each day (with lunch + short breaks).
Arrivals/Departures: Arrive 12 Nov evening or 13 Nov morning; closing ends 15 Nov ~18:00; depart 16 Nov.
